ABOUT

OUR

VISION

The fastest growing county in Texas, Kendall County, is quickly leaving the most vulnerable residents behind through rapidly increasing cost of living and a lack of low-to-no-income services to address crisis and mental healthcare. For example, in a world of technology and innovation, there are still over 5,000 Kendall County residents who face food insecurity—access to quality food is limited by poor health, an absence of transportation, a lack of money or another crisis.

Wholly assessing and addressing the physical, mental and financial needs of an individual or family in crisis by a single provider provides the greatest probability of success.

OUR

MISSION

HCFS operates at the intersection of urgent need and lasting change. We foster mental and physical wellness, stability and independence for individuals and families who are in crisis.
